60 Day Notice to Vacate

Move-Out Notice - Before moving out, you must give us an advance 60 day written move-out notice.

1. Please provide the following information so that we properly process your move-out.
2. You will be asked to sign the "Resident's Nocite of Intent to Move Out" before your notice becomes official. Please schedule a time with Josh to sign this notice.
3. All move-out notices must be in writing and are subject to approval by PVM Properties.

Office Hours: Monday - Saturday 10AM - 6PM, Sunday 1-5PM

The advance notice must be at least 60 days before move-out and be the last day of the month.
Example: You want to move out on May 31st. We must recieve your notice on or before April 1st for a 60 day notice. Notices received on or after April 2nd will result in a June 30th move-out. Move-Out notices must be on time.
